Awful customer services. No wonder Harvey Nichols have got such terrible reviews. I wish I had read them before ordering anything but as with others I thought the name stood for honest and straight selling of quality goods. The item was alright but the customer service is diabolical.

On the first visit Gabi (not sure of spelling) in Women's wear was extremely helpful about a product the store didn't stock. She offered to find the product and order it in for my daughter to try. True to her word she called us on Wednesday and we returned today to try it.
